The 2023 presidential election in Nigeria will hold on February 18, 2023, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has disclosed.
Chairman of the Commission (INEC), Prof Mahmood Yakubu, made this known today, Thursday 15th October 2020.
Prof Mahmood Yakubu in his goodwill message at the inauguration of the special adhoc committee on the review of the 1999 constitution, the INEC Chairman told members of the House of Representatives they are about 855 days left for the next general elections.
He further urged the National Assembly to work fast on the review exercise ahead of the polls.
