In Nigeria, over 30 protesters representing the #RevolutionNow movement have been arrested by the Nigerian police along the Ojota – Maryland way in Lagos.
The RevolutionNow group have planned the protest on the Nigeria’s independence day, October 1st but the police have warned that any gathering will be disbanded and broken down.
The situation has now lead to over 60 protesters being arrested in Lagos.
The protesters in their hundreds were sited at Ojota where they moved Maryland chanting solidarity songs.
