Yingluck Shinawatra, nicknamed Pu is a businesswoman and a member of the Pheu Thai Party from Thailand. She was the 28th Prime Minister of Thailand post the 2011 general election. She was Thailand’s 1st female Prime Minister and the youngest in over 60 years.
Moreover, she is the world’s first Chinese woman to have had led the government of a UN member state.
On May 7, 2014, she was removed from office by a Constitutional Court decision after she was found guilty on charges of abuse of power.
